At the core, the Customer Data Intelligence Platform (CDIP) is an analytic intelligence engine fueling the design and production of relevant and meaningful customer experiences through a separate curricula development engine called the Curated Experience Platform (CEP). Those two engines combined serve the dual focus that differentiates our intelligent solutions. They are best used together, as one feeds into the other, although that is not necessary and clients may opt to leverage the actionable intelligence through their existing production services, for example.

Both engines are accessible via web services: Intelligent Profiles-as-a-Service and Curricula Delivery-as-a-Service, respectively. Assets and services combined offer a comprehensive solution that serves a broad range of customer interactions, including marketing, account origination, servicing, and one-on-one engagement.

You can leverage our platform in its entirety, or any of the modular components you need, through web services. You simply choose what you want, and we will provide the support to integrate our services into your offerings. That includes the option of standing up a custom, private instance of our platform that you can manage on your own after some initial setup. On the opposite end, you may want to take advantage of Curricula Delivery-as-a-Service (CDaaS)℠ for our end-to-end personalization production support through a pay-for-performance option. The latter might be particularly appealing if your business model or plan does not warrant the up-front cost to maintain your own platform and resources.
